Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.-
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).

The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format.
The text respects the formatting rules outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.

Where available, a permanent on-line link for the references have been provided.
You may use some free tools for this task: http://refassist.ieee.org or http://www.crossref.org/SimpleTextQuery (please do a search on the web if you get invalid 404 pages on the links above to find out the new ones).

All authors have to agree to the terms of the copyright form. This form must be signed by all authors and uploaded toghether with the manuscript within the SUPPLEMENTARY FILES section.
The author understands that the submitted manuscript will not be evaluated if the conditions presented in the Author Guidelines are not respected and the manuscript is not accompanied by the copyright form, signed by all authors.
Copyright Notice
An copyright form will have to accompany your submission (the signed copyright form has to be scanned). You can get the .PDF form version on-line (see the link bellow). Authors are responsible for obtaining any security clearances. All authors have to sign the copyright transfer form. There are some restrictions regarding the length of the copyright file, so please read carefully the instruction provided there.
