ESG STRATEGIES AND EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION IN COMPANIES IN BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA
Abstract
This paper examines the relationship between employee satisfaction and ESG strategies in companies in Bosnia
and Herzegovina. The survey was conducted with employees of big companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The
study aimed to show that employee satisfaction positively influences the implementation of ESG strategies.
Therefore, the hypothesis this research tried to prove was that there is a positive correlation between employee
satisfaction as an independent variable and ESG strategies as the dependent variable. Results have shown a
moderately strong correlation between the mentioned variables. This research tries to provide inputs that can be
used in further investigations on how ESG strategies can improve business operations in Bosnia and
Herzegovina.
