Abstract

This paper reviews the importance and the role of a well-equipped library in the university and academic environment. In order to explore the data and to have an academic research we need to understand the role of the library for a university that why the scientific development concept of ASEM library is based on the idea that the library should become a real support for the teaching, research and continuing education system. Editorial and publishing activity of the Scientific Library ASEM focuses on continuous updating of information on the library's website, publications publishing process integration ASEM their digital collection, editing materials for organizing cultural and scientific activities.
